While entering into the 131st glorious year of our establishment with the blessings of our visionaries like Mahatma Hansraj Ji, Sh. Hari Ram Ji, Sh. Surajbhan Ji etc. we take pride in the fact that we have given great martyrs, legal luminaries, bureaucrats, administrators and politicians to our nation.

The School is run and administered by Dayanand Anglo-Vedic College Trust and Management Society, New Delhi. It is the largest non-governmental Educational Trust in the country which runs and manages 911 educational institutions

The School’s functioning and growth is guided by Seventeen member Local Managing Committee which has prominent Judges, eminent Educationists, representatives of Education Department, U.T. Chandigarh, Parents and School Teachers as members.

As we navigate through the ever evolving landscape of education and another academic year, institutions like DAV Senior Secondary School (Lahore ),The Terminus A Quo of DAV Movement stand as light of excellence, shaping young minds and empowering them for a brighter tomorrow. This School was established on 1 June 1886 at Lahore by DAV CMC as its first School and was later re-established on 19 April 1955 at Chandigarh.
The School has a long-standing legacy of academic and sports excellence, co-curricular achievements, and character-building, all of which are a testament to the dedication and hard work of its staff and students.
As we move forward together, the vision of the school is to build upon this foundation, fostering an environment where every student feels valued, supported, and inspired to achieve his /her full potential.
